This Consultation Concerns The Hosting Of The Departments Websites And Applications, With Associated Services. The Award Procedure Used Is Open Call For Tenders. It Is Subject To The Provisions Of Articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1° And R. 2161-2 To R. 2161-5 Of The Public Procurement Code. The Framework Agreement With Minimum And Maximum Is Entered Into In Application Of Articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 To R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 And R. 2162-14 Of The Public Procurement Code. It Will Result In The Issuance Of Purchase Orders. The Contract Is Awarded For A Period Of 4 Years From The Date Of Notification Of The Contract. As An Indication, The Contract Notification Date Is Scheduled For February 26, 2025. The Minimum And Maximum Amounts For The Duration Of The Contract Are Set As Follows: 100,000 Euro(S) Excluding Tax / 750,000 Euro(S) Excluding Tax
