The Object Of The Procurement Is Household Appliances, Small Appliances And Entertainment Electronics Products, Possible Installations And Non-Warranty Maintenance Services To Be Ordered For The City Of Rovaniemi, The Rovaniemi Educational Municipality Association And Napapiirin Residuum Oy, As Well As For The Possible Domains, Service Areas And/Or Units Of The Aforementioned Organizations. The Purchase Also Includes The Removal Of Waste From The Delivery And The Old Device From The Property, Taking Care Of Proper Recycling, Recycling Fees, And Maintenance And Repair Measures For Products Under Warranty. The Customer Can Also Decide That The Old Machine Or Product Does Not Need To Be Sent For Recycling. Products And Services Related To The Acquisition: Household Appliances And Services: Freezers (Freezers And Containers), Refrigerators, Fridge-Freezers, Dishwashers, Washing Machines, Dryers And Cabinets And Stoves. As Additional Supplies And Services, The Purchase May Include, Among Other Things, The So-Called Flood Basins, Deliveries, Installation Of Large Equipment And Small Accessories Related To Them (Small Accessories Refer To Accessories That Are Needed In Small Quantities For Installation Work, E.G. Entertainment Electronics Products And Services: Televisions. As Additional Supplies And Services, The Purchase May Include E.G. Tv Antenna Cables, Usb Cables, Extension Sockets, Hdmi Cables, Tv Floor Stand And/Or Stand With Its Accessories, And Fixing And/Or Installing The Tv On The Floor Stand And/Or Stand With Its Accessories. The Tv Stand Can Also Be A Wall Stand With Accessories, But It Is Primarily The Responsibility Of The Customer To Attach It To The Wall. Regarding This Procurement, If The Situation So Requires, It Is Also Possible To Acquire A Small Amount (Total Value In Euros During The Contract Period Less Than €60,000 Vat 0%) Of Products Belonging To The Same Product Category Outside The Scope Of The Procurement. Purchases Are Made Primarily As A Price Inquiry. Mobile Phones Or Their Accessories, Computers And Computer Monitors, Household Appliances Or Devices Intended For Special Institutional Use And Products Related To Separate Contract Tendering Are Not Included In The Scope Of Procurement. In The Request For Tenders, The Most Procured Products And Services During The Contract Period Are Estimated. A More Detailed Description Of The Procurement Object Is Described In This Tender Request And Its Attachments. Products And Services Are Purchased According To The Customers Needs As A One-Time Order (Several Products And A Possible Service) Or As A Single Order. The Purchase Quantities Presented In The Request For Tender Are Estimates, And The Contract Does Not Constitute A Quantity Purchase Obligation For The Customer.
