For The Needs Of The Krichim Tp Dls Additional Technical Requirements The Supplied Car Tires Must Be Original, New (Not Recycled/Retreaded) Unused, And Accompanied By A Certificate Of Origin/Quality. Delivered Car Tires Must Be Manufactured In 2024, 2025 And 2026 And Have A Clear And Legible Marking (Dot) Proving The Year Of Manufacture. Term For Delivery Of The Tires - Up To 5 Working Days From The Date Of The Request Of The Contracting Authority. It Is Not Allowed To Offer And Supply All-Season Tires. Delivered Tires Must Be Accompanied By Official Labels Complying With The European Regulation On Tire Labeling (Regulation (Ec) 2020/740 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of 25 May 2020 On The Labeling Of Tires With Regard To Fuel Efficiency And Other Parameters, Amending Regulation (Eu) 2017/1369 And Repealing Regulation (Ec) No. 1222/2009). All Costs For The Delivery Of New Tires Shall Be Borne By The Contractor. All Old Tires, Regardless Of Seasonality And Size, Which Are Unacceptable (Tread Wear Below The Minimum Permitted By Law, Cracks And Splits Not Subject To Repair And Restoration, Etc.) Are Accepted For Disposal Without Payment By The Contractor. The Contracting Authority May Request Tires With Similar Parameters, Other Than Those Specified In This Technical Specification. Warranty Requirements The Warranty Period Of The Tires Must Not Be Less Than 24 Months From The Date Of Their Delivery. The Warranty Should Cover All Defects Of The Raw Materials, Materials And Overall Construction Of The Tire, Arising As A Result Of Its Correct And Compliant Operation. If A Tire Is Found To Be Defective Within The Warranty Period From The Date Of Delivery, It Shall Be Returned To The Contractor And A Finding Protocol Signed By The Parties Shall Be Drawn Up. The Contractor Replaces The Corresponding Product (Tire) With A New One, Identical To The Defective One, Within 5 (Five) Working Days From The Day Following The Date Of Signing The Ascertainment Protocol For The Detected Defect. All Costs For The Replacement Of The Defective Product Shall Be Borne By The Contractor.
