Preparation Of An Investment Project In The Technical Design Phase, As Follows: Design And Research Works - Preliminary Studies, Development Of An Investment Project In The Technical Project Phase. The Content And Parts Of The Investment Projects Are In Accordance With The Specifications And Requirements Detailed In Ordinance No. 4 On The Scope And Content Of The Investment Projects. The Investment Project Must Be Developed In The Technical Design Phase. The Investment Project Presented To The Contracting Authority In All Parts Should Include Detailed Quantitative And Value Accounts, Detailed Drawings, Details And Specifications, Which Fully Ensure The Implementation Of The Smp.
