The Subject Of The Tender Is The Development And Provision Of A Gis Software (Geoinformation System) Reference System On The Basis Of A Work Contract In Accordance With Section 631 Of The German Civil Code (Bgb) And, If Necessary, Its Adaptation At Source Code Level. The Development Result Is Created Individually For The Client. The Reference System Is The Central Software For The Maintenance Of Field Blocks And Landscape Elements As Part Of Eu Agricultural Funding For The Federal States Of Lower Saxony, Bremen And Hamburg. After The Software Has Been Accepted, Maintenance Services (Troubleshooting And/Or Delivery Of New Program Versions) Must Be Provided And The Software Must Be Further Developed In Collaboration With The Client And Adapted To The Respective Needs.
