The Object Of The Procurement Is Ticket Sales For Events And Exhibitions Organized And Partially Financed By The Oulu Cultural Foundation Sr., Services Related To Ticket Sales, And The Providers Marketing Support For The Entire Oulu2026 Program. The Oulu Cultural Foundation Sr (Hereinafter Procurement Unit) Organizes And Coordinates The Cultural And Program Content Of The Oulu2026 European Capital Of Culture Project. For Event Ticket Sales, The Oulu Cultural Foundation Sr Acquires A Ticket Sales System And Related Services. The Procurement Includes A Service Package That Covers, Among Other Things, The Following Services: • The Providers Online Store For Ticket Sales And The Practical Arrangements For Ticket Sales • The Ticketing Systems Procurement Units Own Ticket Shop For 1-5 Users (Access From The Ticketing Systems Procurement Units Office And The Ticket Printer, Ticket Paper And Other Supplies, The Procurement Unit Is Responsible For The Payment Terminal (The Service Must Be In Use By 10.1. 2025 Onwards) • The Providers National Network Ticket Sales Points And Ticket Redemption Points • Providers Customer Service Procurement Unit And Customers • National And International Telephone Service Including Ticket Booking And Sales As Well As Group Sales • Customer Register Maintenance • Digital Marketing Support Service (E.G. E-Mail, Community Platforms, Google) • Marketing Automation Services (Including E-Mail And Text Messages To Customers Before And After The Event) • Marketing Support To The Procurement Unit In Addition The Procurement Includes Mandatory Options That The Bidder Must Offer, And The Procurement Of Which Is Decided By The Procurement Unit: • Option 1: Along With The Purchase Path Of The E-Commerce Platforms Ticket Sales For Ancillary Products Or Services. • Option 2: Ticket Sales And Support Services On Site At Large Events Organized By The Procurement Unit. Estimated Volumes Of Purchases: Paid Entrance Tickets For Events Organized By The Purchasing Unit (Vat 0): • Event 1: Two Different Shows On The Same Day Á Approx. 4500 Tickets = 9000 Tickets In Total, Ticket Price Approx. €30-40 • Occasion 2: Approx. 19 Different Shows During Three Weeks Á Approx. 2,500 Tickets = 47,500 Tickets In Total, Average Price Approx. €55 (Different Price Categories 2-4) • 1 Exhibition With Admission Fee, Duration Approx. 12 Months Approx. 45,000 Tickets At An Average Price Of Approx. €10 / Piece • In Addition, Smaller Occasions For Which The Estimates Will Be Detailed Later • The Announced Volumes Are Non-Binding Estimates. Ticket Prices Will Also Be Specified Later.
