The Construction Site Is A Plot Of Land To Be Formed On The East Side Of Highway 62 In Ruokolahti Municipality. Zoning Is In Progress And The Plot Has Not Yet Been Formed. The Target Schedule For The Confirmation Of The Plan And The Creation Of The Plot Is December 2024. The Clients Goal For The Scope Of The Project Is Approx. 1200 Brm2 (Main Building Approx. 900 Brm2 And Courtyard Building Approx. 300 Brm2). The Objects Fire Class Is P2. The New Facilities Will Be Built In The So-Called According To The Clean Fire Station Model The Building Will Be Designed Using Solutions Proven To Be Sustainable And Taking Into Account The Economy Of The Construction And The Maintainability Of The Site. The Quality Of The Indoor Air And Acoustics Must Be Taken Into Account In The Design Of The Interior.
