The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Catering Services, Consisting In The Preparation And Delivery Of Two Meals Using Our Own Transport: Breakfast And Two-Course Hot Lunches + Afternoon Snack In The Form Of Fruit/Vegetables. Meals Will Be Delivered To Gozdnica: – To The Kindergarten, Ul. Kombatatów 11 On Weekdays: Breakfasts Between 8:30-9:00 And Lunches Between 11:30 And 12:00 - Meals Served To Children In Kindergarten On Plates; - To The Primary School In Gozdnica, Ul. Młyńska 1 On School Days: Lunches Between 11.15 A.M. And 11.30 A.M. - Lunches Served To Students In Disposable Packaging.2. The Ordering Party Plans To Deliver An Estimated 100 Meals A Day (Minimum Average Monthly Number Of Meals Delivered - 70). The Daily Number Of Meals Provided In This Tor Is An Estimate And May Change (Decrease Or Increase) During The Term Of The Contract, Which Cannot Be The Basis For Filing Claims For An Unfulfilled Contract Or For Refusing To Complete The Order. 3. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Increase Or Reduce The Number Of Meals Delivered, And The Ordering Party Will Notify The Contractor Of Any Changes In The Quantity Of Ordered Meals To The Contractor In Advance. 4. A Smaller Number Of People Than The One Referred To In Point. 2 The Ordering Party Will Inform The Contractor By Telephone Each Time By 9:15 A.M. On Each Day Of The Meal Preparation And Delivery Service. 5. Meals Must Be Prepared In Accordance With The Requirements Of Culinary And Sanitary Art For Public Catering. They Must Be Made From Fresh And Exclusively Natural Products (According To The Nutrition Standards Of The Institute Of Food And Nutrition, The Act On Food And Nutrition Safety (Journal Of Laws Of 2015, Item 594, As Amended) And In Accordance With The Implementing Regulations For This 6. Meals Must Meet The Following Conditions: A) The Contractor Prepares Two Meals A Day In The Form Of: • Breakfast For Preschool Children In The Form Of Sandwiches And Milk Soups In Accordance With Child Nutrition Standards; • Soup, Which Should Be Prepared With Meat And Vegetable Stock; • The Second Course Should Be A Meat Or Fish Meal With A Variety Of Salads Or Boiled Vegetables And A Drink Or Compote; Meat Or Fish Should Be Served With Potatoes Or Substitutes Such As: Rice, Groats, Pasta, Etc.; The Second Course May Also Include: Dumplings, Pancakes, Stuffed Croquettes, Dumplings, Dumplings With Meat Additions, Pasta With Sauce, • Afternoon Snack In The Form Of Fruit/Vegetables - Including Seasonal Ones.
