The Planned Investment Only Includes Works Aimed At Restoring The Original Condition And Not Constituting Ongoing Maintenance, Which Is Included In The Statutory Definition Of Renovation Specified In Art. 3 Point 8 Of The Act Of July 7, 1994. Planned Works, In Accordance With Art. 29 Section 4 Points 2Aw/W Of The Act, Do Not Require A Decision On A Building Permit And Notification Of The Intention To Perform Construction Works Referred To In Art. 30 Of The Above-Mentioned Act.
