1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Design Documentation For The Construction Of A Sanitary Sewage Network On The Section Browina - Mała Grzowna, Commune. Chełmża As Part Of The Public Task Entitled Preparation Of Design And Cost Estimate Documentation For The Sanitary Sewage System, Section Browina - M. Grzowna.2. As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, Separate Design Documentation Should Be Developed For The Following Tasks: 1) Construction Of A Sanitary Sewage System On The Browina - Grzowna Section - Task No. I, 2) Construction Of A Sanitary Sewage System On The Grzowna - Mała Grzowna Section - Task No. Ii, 3) Construction Of The Network Sanitary Sewage System On The Section Mała Grzowna - Grzowna Ul. Parkowa Task No. Iii.3. The Planned Area For Which Design Documentation Is To Be Developed For A Given Task Is Specified In Annex No. 1 To The Contract - Summary Board. 4. When Developing Design Documentation, The Following Guidelines Should Be Followed: 1) Design Work Should Be Carried Out Based On The Concept Called Concept For The Construction Of A Sanitary Sewage Network On The Southern Shore Of Lake Chełmżyńskie, Which Is An Auxiliary Document Allowing To Determine The Initial Assumptions For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order;2) Design Sewage Connections To Individual Properties In Accordance With Art. 2 Point 5 Of The Act Of June 7, 2001 On Collective Water Supply And Collective Sewage Disposal; 3) In The Case Of Properties Where Septic Tanks Are Currently Located, An Internal Sanitary Sewage System Should Be Designed. The Installation In Question Is Intended To Collect And Discharge Sewage From The Property To The External Network; 4) The Person Preparing The Documentation Must Have Appropriate Qualifications And Construction Licenses In The Field Of Designing The Appropriate Specialty; 5) All Design Work Should Be Preceded By An Inspection Of The Area By The Contractor, 6) Commencement Of The Contractor Is Obliged To Precede The Preparation Of Design Documentation With A Functional, Technical And Economic Analysis Justifying That The Adopted Solutions Are The Most Effective Not Only Taking Into Account The Cost Of Building The Sanitary Sewage System, But Also As Well As The Costs Of Its Operation. The Proposed Solutions Should Take Into Account The Rationalization Of The Costs Of Construction Of The Sanitary Sewage Network And Future Operating Costs And Energy Efficiency, Which Means That Design Solutions Should Be Selected In A Purposeful And Economical Manner, Observing The Principles Of Obtaining The Best Results From Given Expenditure And The Optimal Selection Of Methods And Means To Achieve The Assumed Goals.
