Performing Systematic, At Least Once A Month, Inspections Of Cameras And Other Devices, Including: 1) Lubrication Of Screws, 2) Maintenance Of Drives, 3) Cleaning Of Lenses And Cleaning Of Camera Housings (Washing Camera Lenses With Anti-Moisture Fluids) At Least 1 Once A Month, If The Lampshade Is Dirty - At The Request Of The Ordering Party, 4) Inspection Of Devices Located In The Monitoring Center At The Municipal Guard Headquarters In Skierniewice5) Checking The Correct Functioning Of The Pc Application (Full Anti-Virus Scanning, Playback Of Recorded Materials, Etc.)6) Cleaning And Dusting The Pc, Active Devices Included In The Video Monitoring System7) Checking The Image Quality On The Monitor8) Removing The Effects Of Minor Damage To Device Cabinets (If Applicable) 9) Checking The Field Of The Camera Rotation Axis10) Checking The Condition Of Camera Mounting And Connection Cabinets - Condition Of Camera Mounts, Mounting Elements, Replacement Of Elements Assembly (Such As Clamps, Conduits, Etc.),11) Replacing Elements That May Have Been Degraded (Rubber Strips, Seals, Etc.)12) Checking The Condition Of Camera Optics And Adjustments13) Checking Connections Of System Devices14) Reprogramming The Camera Operating System15) Verifying Correctness Operation Of The Recording System16) Checking The Tightness Of Cameras And Cable Connectionsb. Inspection And Repair Of Fiber Optic And Electrical Connections In Case Of Damage (If Applicable)C. Making All Necessary Electrical Measurements Specified In The Applicable Operational Regulations, Measurement Reports Should Be Provided To The Ordering Party. Repair Of Electrical Connections In The Camera And The Camera Cabinet. The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure The Disposal Of The Mentioned Damaged System Elements. Locating Optical Fiber Damage. Maintaining A Warehouse With Dismantled Elements, All Elements Are To Be Recorded. Providing Information About The Storage Time Of Camera Recordings.
