The Subject Of The Order Are Successive, Non-Cash Deliveries Of Heating Oil According To The Ordering Partys Demand Of Approximately 200,000 L, Meeting The Requirements Specified In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Economy Of December 1, 2016 On Quality Requirements Regarding The Sulfur Content Of Oils And The Types Of Installations And Conditions In Which Heavy Fuel Oils Will Be Used (I.E.: Journal Of Laws . Of 2016, Item 2008, As Amended), In Accordance With The Pn-C-96024:2020-12 Standard Or Equivalent. The Above Quantities Are Estimated Quantities, Indicated Only For The Purpose Of Selecting The Most Advantageous Offer, And The Quantities Purchased By The Ordering Party During The Period Of Contract Implementation Do Not Have To Cover Them. The Ordering Party Guarantees That It Will Purchase From The Contractor At Least 60% Of The Total Amount Of Liters Of Fuel Specified By The Ordering Party. Fuel Oil Deliveries Must Be Made Using Specialized Means Of Transport With Current Technical Tests And Certificates And Equipped With A Verified Meter For Pumping Oil And Other Devices Necessary For Trouble-Free Pumping Oil Into Tanks. Deliveries Will Be Made Successively, At The Request Of The Ordering Party, Of Which The Contractor Will Be Notified By Fax Or Telephone, At Least Two Days Before The Required Delivery, Specifying The Quantity Of A Given Delivery Batch. The Frequency Of Deliveries Will Depend On Weather Conditions And Actual Needs. The Ordering Party Has 2 Boiler Rooms Located In The Educational Building And The Building Of The Hall - Swimming Pool Located In Gołdap At Partyzonów Street No. 31 And 31A. The Ordering Party Informs That The Amount Of Fuel Oil Specified In This Order Is A Forecast Quantity. When Delivering Diesel Oil For Heating Purposes, The Ordering Party Will Each Time Require A Quality Certificate For The Delivered Batch Of Fuel.
