Construction of Lift Shaft for Sagar Milan Guest House including supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Passengers lift having 6 persons capacity for G+2 floors with machine room less elevator including all accessories; 1 Earth work excavation by mechanical means(hydraulic excavator)/manual meansfor foundation, trenches etc., in all types of soils below ground level including shoring, strutting, bailing / pumping of water, leveling, ramming the bottom of excavation, refilling with selected excavated materials in the sides of the foundation in layers, consolidating and disposing off the surplus earth at places as directed within a lead of 50 m all as per drawings and specifications.- up to 1.5m ht 2 Earth work excavation by mechanical means(hydraulic excavator)/manual means in Soft rockin foundation, trenches etc. including shoring, shrutting wherever required bailing/pumping of water, leveling the bottom of excavation and refilling selected excavated materials and consolidating in the sides of foundation and disposing the surplus materials atplaces as directed within a lead of 2 Kmsall as per drawings and specifications. 3 Earth work excavation by mechanical means(hydraulic excavator)/manual meansin hard rock by chiselling (blasting prohibited) in foundation, trenches etc. including shoring, shrutting wherever required bailing/pumping of water, leveling the bottom of excavation and stacking the excavated material at places as directed within a lead of 2 kms as per drawings and specifications (Only stack measurement will be made and paid for) 4 Dismantling the existing old works at all levels including required scaffolding , tools, labours, disposal of unserviceable materials up to a lead of 2.00 Km etc completeas per drawings and specifications 5 Brick masonry 6 RCC works including cutting the reinforcement bars with required machineries etc 7 Providing and laying 230mm thick dry stone pitching using 230mm thick random rubble stones including preparation of bed in proper slope and spreading locally available earth over pitching to fill up the gaps as binding material etc., complete 8 Providing and laying plain cement concrete 1:3:6, using 40 mm and down graded stone aggregateat all height including mechanical mixing, leveling, compaction, vibrating,finishing smooth the exposed surfaces of concrete, curing etc complete as per drawings and standard specifications. 9 Providing and laying M20/M25Design mixconcrete with cement content up to 350kg/Cum using 20mm and down graded stone aggregates including Mixing ,Ramming, Compaction, leveling, curing, placing at all lifts, including scaffolding and Finishing smooth all exposed faces complete as per specification. 10 Providing cutting ,bending placing and tying mild steel, high yield steel reinforcementin RCC works including providing spacer blocks in CM 1:2, binding wires etc.complete at all elevations as per drawings and specifications including dewatering wherever necessary etc complete as per drawings and specifications 11 Providing, fabricating and erection of Structural steel members made out of M.S. angles, flats, plates, pipes, channels, tubes, rods etc conforming to relevant ISetc., includingcost of welding, welding rods, drilling holes, bolts/nuts wherever required and providing and applying two or more coats of approved quality synthetic enamel paint over a coat ofzinc chromate yellow primer etc., as per drawings and specifications 12 Providing expansion joint treatment for the existing buildings by cleaning the joint free from dust and loose particlesand providing one coat of Dr.Fixit Pidiprime A (or like approved makes inSIKA/FOSROC/ROFF) penetrating primer coat use a closed cell polyethylene U foam board and rod as a back up material and applying Pidiseal PS 41Gfor Vertical points and retaining walls, Pidiseal PS 42P for horizontal joints, including applying two parts elastomeric sealant based on a liquid polysulfide polymer, flexible rubber seal for joint treatment for base coat (30mm width and 10mm deep expansion joints), Prime seal coat and three coat of Mew Coat heavy duty acrylic water proofing coating system etc complete including cost of materials, labours, tools, requiredscaffolding etc complete all as per manufacturers mix and application specifications (This item may be got executed by specialized water proofing agents duly approved by NPCIL and 10 years joint guarantee for water proofing is required to be submitted). 13 Providing ,placing in position and removing Form work for all insitu concrete works includingscaffolding etc., complete at all elevations as per drawing and specification (measurement for form work shall be the area of forms in contact with concrete surfaces) 14 Providing and application of Bitumen Painting using approved quality bitumen paint in two coats over RCC footings, stub columns and beams etcas per
