Security Services – Guarding/Security Services On The Event Grounds Of Messe Augsburg Asmv Gmbh. The Services Are Provided As Required By Asmv In Accordance With The Contractual Services Specified In More Detail In Each Individual Case (By Means Of An Individual Order, Individual Contract). On The Day Of The Announcement, The Contractual Services Are Defined, Which Are Functionally Presented In Appendix 1 “Description Of Services” Of The Framework Agreement. Asmv Can Request The Following Contractual Services Individually Or In Combination As Required, Taking Into Account The Occupancy Plan And Event-Related Customer Requests As Well As Internal Needs. The Overall Focus Is On Activities Such As: 1. Access Control And Control Via The Gate 2. Control Of The Flow Of People And Traffic In A Specified Area (Indoor Area, Parking Areas, Etc.) 3. Security Guard For Certain Areas (Stand Guard, Hall Guard, Too At Night) 4. Protection Of Asmv Staff 5. Entry Control To The Halls/Selected Areas 6. Patrol In The Specified Area 7. Cash Management When Processing Deposits And/Or Cashing On Site (Using Your Own Change) 8. Escape Helpers 9. Individual Personal Protection 10. Advice On Safety-Relevant Aspects Such As Site Clearance Scenarios 11. Accompanying Helper Activities Such As Ushers, Setting Up Safety-Relevant Barriers, Etc. A Position May Include One Or More Of The Activities Mentioned Above. Asmv Reserves The Right To Further Specify The Activity Based On The Specifics Of The Location And Event In The Form Of So-Called “Position Maps”. Complete Subcontracting Of The Individual Contract To One Or More Subcontractors Is Prohibited. Ignoring This Obligation Will Be Construed As A Breach Of Contract. The Aim Of The Tender Is To Conclude A Framework Agreement. This Means That All Advertised Services Are Optional For Asmv And Can Be Accessed Individually Or In Combination. The Quantities Are Estimated Quantities And Represent Neither The Minimum Nor The Upper Limits For Asmv. The Services On The Exhibition Grounds Are Provided Within The Specified Time Windows (According To The Occupancy Plan And The Event Calendar), Which Must Be Strictly Adhered To.
