Miscellaneous Software Development Services And Computer Systems – Software Implementation Service For A Platform Solution For Modeling/Automating Business Processes And Document Management. The Object Of The Acquisition Will Include The Following Objectives: 1) Provision Of A Platform Solution For The Modeling/Automation Of Business And Document Management Processes, Including The Auxiliary Software Required To Run It On The Hardware Infrastructure, Operating Systems And Databases Made Available By The Contracting Entity. 2) The Provision Of Services As Described And Requested, In The Task Book At Cap. 4: A) Analysis And Identification Of Requirements, As Well As Detailed Design Of The Platform Solution For Modelling/Automation Of Business Processes And Document Management (Blueprint); B) Project Planning And Implementation; C) Installation And Configuration Of The Platform Solution For Modeling/Automating Business Processes And Document Management At The Contracting Entitys Headquarters, As Defined In The Terms Of Reference, On The Hardware Infrastructure Provided By The Contracting Entity; D) Interfacing And Integration With The It Systems Described In The Specifications; The Beneficiary Wants A Turnkey Solution, That Is, The Provider Will Also Have The Role Of Integrator, That Is, It Will Be Responsible For Developing Interfaces Both With The Sap System And With Various External Data Sources, As Well As With The Integration Of The Web Platform; E) Testing And Acceptance; F) Operational Support And Stress Testing Of The Integrated System; G) Commissioning (Commissioning) Of Software Products; H) Staff Training; I) Software Development, Customization; J) Documentation Delivery; K) For Data Migration, Popular Databases, For The Proper Functioning Of The Platform Solution For The Modeling/Automation Of Business Processes And Document Management, If Necessary Depending On The Bidders Solution, Based On The Information Described In Detail In The Booklet Of Tasks (Volumetrics, Data Exchange Requested Between The Platform Solution For Modelling/Automation Of Business And Document Management Processes And Existing Systems, Interfacing, Etc.); 3) Providing Warranty Services, Including Support And Maintenance During The Warranty Period; 4) Ensuring The Free Renewal Of The Software Version Of The Platform Solution For Modeling/Automating Business Processes And Document Management, During The Contractual Period, By Providing, Adapting And Installing New Software Versions (Software Upgrades) Thereof, With A Minimum Frequency Determined By The Modification Of The Platforms Characteristics (The Frequency Of Change Will Depend On The Appearance Of New Versions For All Applications/Modules, Their Delivery Having To Be Coherently Synchronized For Integrated Computer System). 5) Resolving Requests To Modify The Platform (Change Requests), Which Can Occur At Any Time After The Detailed Design Development Stage, Until The End Of The Warranty Period.
