North Karelias Procurement Agency Requests An Offer For The Design Of The Soundscape For The Museum Exhibitions Opening In Joensuus Former Town Hall In The Summer Of 2025, As Well As The Content, Artistic And, In Certain Parts, Technical Implementation Of That Soundscape. The Sound World Of The Exhibitions Must Support The Goal Of The Exhibition Working Group To Create An Immersive Exhibition Experience. In Addition To The Museums Staff, The Exhibition Work Group Includes An External Exhibition Designer, A Graphic Artist, A Lighting Designer, And External Producers Responsible For Producing And Installing The Digital Contents Of The Exhibitions. The Successful Implementation Of The Sound World Requires Participation In The Planning Meetings Of The Exhibition Working Group. Planning Meetings Are Held With A Teams Connection And, If Necessary, On-Site. The Selected Supplier Must Visit The Facility On Site At Least Once During The Planning Phase. The Subscriber Acquires The Necessary Sound Equipment And System, And The Technical Installation Of The Sound System Is Purchased By The Subscriber. The Selected Editor Must Supervise That The Exhibition Sounds Are Realized In Accordance With The Sound Plan In The Exhibition Spaces. This Requires Monitoring During Installation On Site (For Example Placement Of Speakers, Etc.).
