Under-Cleaning Machines Must Be Brand New, Not Demo, Not Recycled. Estimated Value Of The Public Procurement The Total Estimated Value Of The Public Procurement Is Bgn 68,000.00 (Sixty-Eight Thousand And Nine Hundred Bgn) Without Vat, Distributed By Individual Items As Follows: Separate Item No. 1 Delivery Of A Floor Cleaning Machine For Wet Cleaning - Manual, With An Estimated Value Of Bgn 18,000.00 Excluding Vat; Separate Item No. 2 Delivery Of An Autonomous Sweeping And Wet Cleaning Machine - Robot, With An Estimated Value Of Bgn 50,000.00 Excluding Vat. In The Case Of An Offered Value Higher Than The Estimated Value, The Participant Will Be Removed From The Procedure. Place Of Execution Of The Order: Umbalsm N.I. Pirogov Ead: Sofia, 21 Totleben Blvd. Deadline For Order Fulfillment: The Term For Delivery Of The Medical Equipment Is: Up To 10 (Ten) Working Days For Op No. 1 And Up To 60 (Sixty) Working Days For Op No. 2. The Term Begins To Run From The Moment Of Receipt Of The Assignment Letter From The Employer. Validity Period Of The Offers: 4 (Four) Months, Counted From The Deadline For Receiving The Offers. Possibility To Present Variants In The Offers: Variability Of The Offers Is Not Allowed. Terms And Method Of Financing And Payment: Funding With Own Funds. Payments Of The Amounts Due Will Be Made By Bank Transfer, In Bulgarian Leva To A Bank Account Specified By The Contractor, Within 60 (Sixty) Calendar Days, According To The Draft Contract. Award Criterion: The Evaluation And Ranking Of The Tenders Of The Participants Will Be Done On The Basis Of The Most Economically Advantageous Tender. The Most Economically Advantageous Offer Will Be Determined Based On The Award Criterion: Lowest Price, According To Art. 70, Para. 2, Item 1 Zop. The Proposed Total Value Without Vat Up To The Second Decimal Point For Each Individual Item Is Subject To Evaluation. When Considering The Offers, The Appointed Committee Will Apply The So-Called Reversed Order, On The Basis Of Art. 104, Para. 2 Of The Civil Code, In Connection With Art. 61 Of Ppzop. The Technical And Price Proposals Of The Participants Will Be Considered Before The Documents For Authentication Of The Personal Status And The Selection Criteria.
