Tenders are invited for Pacific Maritime Security Program Acquisition of Enhanced Aerial Surveillance Services (Fixed-Wing) Close Date & Time: 31-Dec-2024 2:00 pm (ACT Local Time) ATM Type: Notice Description: This is a pre-release notice only to provide advance notification that the Department of Defence anticipates that it will commence a single stage, open tender process by December 2024 for the procurement of enhanced fixed-wing aerial surveillance services as part of the Pacific Maritime Security Program (PMSP) Enhanced Aerial Surveillance Program (EASP). The initial term of any resultant contract is anticipated to be ten (10) years and is subject to the Commonwealth exercising options to extend for up to a further six (6) additional years. Any timeframes are indicative only and subject to change. The objective of the services to be provided under any resultant contract is to support the Pacific Islands Forum Fisheries Agency and its participating Pacific Island members in relation to protecting Pacific Islands exclusive economic zones, generate intelligence to enhance maritime patrol effectiveness and build awareness around risks in the Pacific region.
