Bidding documents consisting of Instruction to Bidders (ITB), Terms & Conditions of Bid Inviting, form of Bid (FOB) and all annexures could be obtained from the Acting Manager (Procurement & Imports) of the State Fertilizer Company Ltd., and Regional Fertilizer Stores at Gallella, Polonnaruwa. Bid documents will only be issued by Acting Manager (Procurement & Imports) and Actg.
