To achieve this objective, SCE is actively seeking to contract with a reliable bidder in accordance with the terms and provisions incorporated in this document. This partnership is to enable the development and establishment of a unified platform that allows for continuous monitoring of emissions data from various industries, by transmitting industries CEMS data to SCEs network. Consequently, SCE will gain access to real-time continuous data, enabling timely identification of any non-compliance or deviations from environmental standards.
