Tender For Difference Type Of Work In Business Plan 2024 25 Part2 In The Area Of Edd Ii Moradabad, Reconducting work of 11 KV harthala-1 feeder of 33/11 KV Sub-Station Agwanpur by replacement of 9 ckt Km Jarjar weasel conductor with rabbit conductor in business Plan 2024-25 (Part-2) under the juridiction of Electricity Distribution Division-II, Moradabad. Sl. No. Item Description 1 Safe carriage of the following material from Store Centre Majhola/JEs store to work site including loading and unloading at both ends :- 2 ST pole11 meter long 3 ACSR Rabbit Conductor. 4 11 KV XLPE cable of size 3x70 sq.mm. 5 11 KV XLPE cable of size 3x120 sq.mm. 6 11 KV XLPE cable of size 3x185 sq.mm. 7 Line material such as Cross-Arms, Pin Insulators, Guarding Angles, Guarding Wire, Disc Insulators and Cable Jointing Kits etc. 8 For 11 KV Line, Single support 11 Mtr. long ST Poles :- Excavation of foundation pit in size of 75x45 cm. having depth of 1/6th of the full length of the support (pole), providing and laying of stone pad (300x300x75mm.) in the bottom of the pit. Erection of support (pole) complete with fixing of 11 KV V-Type cross-arms and all other accessories by providing stone pad, cross arms, holding clamps, f-bracket and nuts & bolts etc. as per RESPO Norms. 9 Grouting of Poles Single line support :- Grouting of support in CC 1:4:6 (cement, sand and 40 mm. brick ballast) Grouting will be done in the block of size 45cm x 45cm x 1/6th of full length of the support upto ground level as per RESPO Norms. 10 Grouting of stay rods (20x1800mm.) including all works of excavation, cement concrete in size of (0.60x0.60x0.30)M in the ratio of 1:4:6 (cement, sand and 40 mm. brick ballast) including back filling of soil and proper ramming etc. 11 Fixing, tightening and nozelling of stay wire with stay rod and stay insulators with the pole of required tension by providing stay clamps, nuts, bolts etc. 12 Earthing of support with MS Earth Rod of (20x2500)mm. long including excavation of pit and driving MS Rod 3.0M apart from support and 0.5M below the ground level and connecting below the earth electrodes with the help of G.I. Wire No.6 SWG tightening with nuts and bolts. 13 Laying, sagging, stringing and binding of Rabbit conductor with all other accessories on pole as per RESPO Norms. 14 Laying of 11 KV XLPE Cable of size 3x70 sq.mm and making connections as per RESPO Norms. 15 Laying of 11 KV XLPE Cable of size 3x120 sq.mm and making connections as per RESPO Norms. 16 Laying of 11 KV XLPE Cable of size 3x185 sq.mm and making connections as per RESPO Norms. 17 Filling and fixing of 11 KV outdoor/indoor type cable jointing kits for different size XLPE cable as per RESPO Norms. 18 Mounting and fixing of 11 KV TPMO set on double pole including making proper connections. 19 Guarding of 11 KV Line with G.I. wire as per RESPO Norms. 20 Dismentaling of ST pole and Carriage from work site to Store Centre Majhola including loading and unloading at both ends 21 Dismentaling of ACSR weasel conductor from poles making bundle and Carriage from work site to Store Centre Majhola including loading and unloading at both ends 22 Dismentaling of Old and used 11 KV XLPE cable 3x70 sq.mm. from poles making bundle and Carriage from work site to Store Centre Majhola including loading and unloading at both ends
