Refuse And Waste Related Services – Manual Sorting Of Municipal Waste At The Municipal Plant In Leżajsk In 2025. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Services By The Contractor To Miejskie Zakład Komunalny Sp. Z O. O., Hereinafter Referred To As The Ordering Party, In The Form Of: • Manual Waste Sorting Services At The Sorting Plant Located In Leżajsk At Ul. Podolszyny 1 - For Which The Contractor Will Assign 26 People. The Service Will Consist In Selecting And Sorting Products On A Sorting Line, Such As: Plastic Packaging, Foil, Waste Paper, Glass, Metal And Other Materials Indicated By The Ordering Party, Cutting And Emptying Waste Bags, Which Is Intended To Improve The Further Segregation Process, And Also Works Related To Maintaining Cleanliness And Order At Work Stations, As Well As On The Premises Of The Plant And Its Surroundings. • Solid Waste Loading Service, To Be Performed By The Contractor Will Employ 12 People. The Service Will Consist In The Collection Of Mixed And Segregated Municipal Waste (Moving, Emptying, Collecting Containers And Garbage Bags, Loading Onto Specialized Vehicles, Collecting And Loading Recyclable Raw Materials) From The Areas Of The Municipalities Served By The Ordering Party. Attention! Among The Solid Waste Loaders (12 People), The Ordering Party Will Direct And Indicate 6 Specific People Of Its Choice, Whom The Contractor Undertakes To Employ And Delegate Only To Perform Services For The Ordering Party On A Full-Time Basis. These People Will Normally Perform The Solid Waste Loader Service, And Only In The Event Of Other Services Occurring In The Mzk Base And The City Of Leżajsk, Which Do Not Fall Within The Scope Of The Waste Loaders Activities (E.G. Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In The Premises Of The Ordering Party And The City Leżajsk), Will Then Be At The Ordering Partys Disposal (Services Ordered By The Ordering Partys Dispatcher). Other Services Ordered By The Ordering Partys Dispatcher Will Be Separately Recorded And Settled Hourly At A Separate Hourly Rate Offered By The Contractor In The Offer Form. • Car Driving Service (Permissible Total Weight Up To 3.5 T) With Simultaneous Solid Waste Loader Service, For Which The Contractor Will Assign 1 Person. The Service Will Consist In Driving And Operating Cars And Equipment Used To Transport Waste From The Areas Of The Municipalities Served By The Ordering Party And, If Necessary, Performing Activities As For A Solid Waste Loader. • Sweeper Operator Service, To Be Performed By The Contractor Will Assign 1 Person. The Service Will Consist In Operating And Maintaining Equipment Used For Mechanical Cleaning Of Streets And Sidewalks.
