Ålesund Regionens Havnevesen (Årh) Is To Renovate And Rehabilitate Skansekaia 3B (Kaihuset), For Rental For Office And Cafe Activities In Existing, Protected Buildings. The Building Has Two Full Floors With A Bra Of Approx. 230 M2 Each, In Addition To An Attic With A Pitched Roof. The Project Includes Demolition And Reconstruction In Accordance With The Drawing Basis. This Involves, Among Other Things, Excavation In The Ground, Establishment Of A New Ring Wall And Foundations, New Floor On The Ground, Rehabilitation Of Existing Supporting Structures, Improvement Of Floor Dividers, Establishment Of A New Lift, Establishment Of New Skylights, Replacement Of Windows And Doors, Rehabilitation Of External Walls And Roof Etc. This Also Involves New Facilities For Plumbing And Electricity, Which Also Include The Establishment Of Sprinkler And Fire Alarm Systems. The Project Is Divided Into A Main Contract And Two Subcontracts. It Is Expected That The Works Will Start As Soon As Possible After The Conclusion Of The Contract, And That The Project Will Be Completed Within 9 Months.
