Reconstruction Of The External Staircase And Visor Of The 7Th Primary School Georgi Sava Rakovski, 14 Stara Planina St., Pernik. The Building Of The 7Th Primary School Georgi Sava Rakovski, 14 Stara Planina St., Pernik, Is Massive, With Three Floors And A Semi-Excavated Basement. Access Is From The North Side Via A Monolithic Grand Staircase Located On The East Side Of The Building. The Landing In Front Of The Building Entrance Is Reached By A Total Of 18 Steps And An Intermediate Landing With A Width Of 580 Cm. The Existing Structure In Front Of The Entrance To The Building Is Monolithic. The Entrance Hall And The Landing Area In Front Of The Entrance Are 230Cm/580Cm And 200Cm/580Cm Respectively. And Are Covered With A Cantilevered Reinforced Concrete Visor, Which At The Front End Is Supported By Four Steel Columns With A Circular Cross-Section. The Voluminous Space Under The Staircase And The Entrance Hall Is Closed On Both Sides By Side Reinforced Concrete Walls On Which Mosaic Plaster Is Laid. The Planned Activities Should Guarantee A Complete Reconstruction Of The Staircase And The Visor In Front Of The Front Entrance Of The 7Th Ou Georgi Sava Rakovski, And Bringing It Into A Usable Condition, According To The Current Regulatory Requirements And The Current Technical Specification. The Purpose Of The Public Order Is To Remove The Compromised Staircase, Entrance Vestibule And Visor Over The Front Entrance Of The Building. Construction Of A New Reinforced Concrete Visor, Vestibule And Staircase. The Contours Of The Staircase And Landings Are Preserved. A New Aluminum Handrail Is Installed In Place Of The Dismantled Steel Handrail On The Staircase. In Place Of The Dismantled Aluminum Windows At The Entrance And In The Vestibule, New Windows Are Being Installed. Mosaic Plaster Is Applied To The Walls Of The Staircase. Polymeric Plaster Is Applied To The Walls And Ceiling Of The Vestibule After A New Electrical Installation Similar To The One Removed Has Been Completed. The Visor Is Covered With Two Layers Of Bituminous Waterproofing, After Leveling Cement Screed With Slopes To The Drainage Barbican. The Steps And Landings Are Lined With Relief Slabs (Thermo-Peelable Granite) Suitable For Outdoor Flooring. The Destroyed Pavement Is Being Restored With New Paving Slabs.
