The Public Contract Has The Subject: Major Repair And Reconstruction Of An Existing Administrative Building Located In Upi Ix For General Needs, Sq. 65 With Identifier 44327.502.2205 According To The Kkkr Of The Town Of Lukovit For The Needs Of The District Court - Town Lukovit And Includes The Implementation Of The Following Activities: 1.1. Execution Of Construction And Assembly Works (Cms), According To The Approved Work Investment Project, The Technical And Price Proposal For The Execution Of The Order, The Technical Specification And All Applicable Technical Standards, Norms And Provisions Of The Current Regulatory Framework, Including Preparatory Cms, Dismantling Cms, Construction Assembly Works; 1.2. Carrying Out The Activities Provided For In The Bill Of Quantities And The Approved Technical Investment Project, Provided By The Contracting Authority And In Accordance With All Applicable Technical Standards, Norms And Provisions Of The Current Legislation; 1.3. Delivery And Installation Of The Necessary Materials, Accompanied By The Relevant Certificates Of Origin And Quality, Provided For In The Bill Of Quantities Provided By The Contracting Authority And All Applicable Technical Standards, Norms And Provisions Of The Current Regulatory Framework; 1.4. Removal Of Deficiencies Identified In The Course Of Implementation And/Or Upon Acceptance Of The Performed Activities By The Contracting Authority; 1.5. Removal Of Defects Within The Warranty Periods; 1.6. Organization Of Activities For Collection, Transportation, Disposal And Utilization Of Construction And Other Waste Arising As A Result Of Construction; 1.7. Carrying Out The Necessary Tests And Laboratory Tests, When Applicable; 1.8. Development Of Executive Documentation; 1.9. Commissioning, In Fulfillment Of The Assignment Under This Public Procurement, The Designated Contractor Should Carry Out Construction And Assembly Works, Including A Complex Of Planned And Economically Efficient Activities For The Site Major Repair And Reconstruction Of An Existing Administrative Building Located In Upi Ix For General. Needs, Sq. 65 With Identifier 44327.502.2205 According To The Kkkr Of The Town Of Lukovit For The Needs Of The District Court - Town Lukovit. For The Reconstruction And Repair Of The Building Referred To Above, A Working Investment Project (Irp) With Scope And Content, According To The Requirements Of Ordinance No. 4 On The Scope And Content Of Investment Projects, Was Assigned And Accordingly Accepted. The Irp Includes The Parts: Architecture, Constructions, Geodesy, Electro - Internal, Electric - Low Current, Waterworks, Ov, Ee + Ee Report Fire Safety. Interior And Furnishing Construction Waste Management Plan Currently, The Irp Has Been Duly Approved And Based On It, The Chief Architect Of The Municipality Of Lukovit Has Issued Construction Permit No. 35/17.09.2020, Which Came Into Force On 20.10.2020. And Recertified On The Basis Of Art. 153, Para. 4 Of Zut On 14.12.2023 With The Working Investment Project, Reconstruction And Repair Of The Building Described Above Is Envisaged, And For This Purpose, Structural Strengthening Is Envisaged First.
