Delivery Of Research Equipment For The Needs Of The Stefan Angelov Institute Of Microbiology - Bulgarian Academy Of Sciences (Bas) For 2 (Two) Separate Positions Separate Item No. 1 - Delivery Of Rotary Vacuum Evaporator; Separate Item No. 2 - Delivery Of Autoclave. The Scope Of This Public Procurement Includes Delivery, Installation, Installation And Commissioning And Training Of Representatives Of The Contracting Authority To Work With The Equipment, The Specific Conditions Being Specified In The Technical Specification For The Relevant Specific Position. The Contractors Obligations Include Warranty Maintenance Of The Equipment Within The Warranty Period Proposed By The Participant. Warranty Maintenance Of The Equipment During The Warranty Period Means The Obligation For The Contractor To Ensure, At His Own Expense And Risk, The Free Replacement Of All Defective Parts Of The Delivered Equipment, As Well As The Removal Of Hidden Defects Of The Equipment, Within The Scope Of His Warranty Responsibility, And Which Did Not Arise Due To The Fault Of The Contracting Authority Or Third Parties.
