The Construction Site Is Located In The Southwest Of The Barracks, Near The Southern Guard Station. Due To Its Peripheral Location, The Affected Construction Site Can Be Fenced Off From The Barracks Area For The Duration Of The Work. However, It Is Still A Military Site. Access To The Construction Site Is Via A Lockable, Two-Leaf Gate In The Fence In Front Of The Südwache, Which Is Reached Via Ludger-Hölker-Straße From The South. Access Through The Gate Takes Place Without Typical Bundeswehr Access Restrictions. From There You Can Reach The Construction Site Via An Asphalt Construction Road Approx. 450 M Away (See Appendix For The Map Of Access To The Construction Site). The Rectangular Building Complex Consisting Of Halls, Storage And Administration Areas Covers An Area Of Approx. 51.0M.
