1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works For The Task Entitled: Reconstruction Of District Road No. 1360 D - Pęgów Ul. Kasztanowa - Stage Ii 2. The Project Includes: Reconstruction Of A 690.0 Meter Long Section Will Mainly Involve The Reconstruction Of The Existing Road Surface Which Is In Poor Technical Condition. As Part Of The Reconstruction, The Existing Surface Will Be Cleaned. The Next Stage Will Be Partial Renovation, Which Will Involve Filling In Any Gaps In The Existing Surface. The Main Part Of The Reconstruction Will Be The Leveling Of The Road With Asphalt Concrete Along With The Installation Of A Geocomposite To Prevent Reflective Cracking Of The Surface And The Laying Of A 5.5 M Wide Wearing Course (On Widening Curves Up To A Maximum Of 6.0 M). The Task Also Includes The Construction Of Reinforced Roadsides With A Width Of 0.8 M From A Mixture Of Crushed Aggregate. 3. The Scope Of Works Includes:• Preparational Works - Reconstruction Of The Route And Height Points And Preparation Of A Geodetic Inventory Of The As-Built Road. - Demolition Of Road Elements.• Earthworks - Excavations.• Drainage - Cleaning Of Roadside Ditches. - Cleaning Of Culverts Under The Exits.• Construction. - Trough With Profiling And Compaction Of The Subsoil. - Basic Foundation Made Of A Mixture Of Unbound Aggregates. • Surface. - Asphalt Concrete Surface. • Road Marking - Setting Up A Temporary Traffic Organization For The Duration Of The Works And Dismantling It After The Works Are Completed. - Surveying Services During The Implementation Investment And Preparation Of An As-Built Surveying Inventory. 4. Traffic Organization For The Duration Of The Works. The Contractor Will Be Responsible And Cover All Costs Related To The Development, Approval And Implementation Of A Temporary Traffic Management Project For The Duration Of The Works. 4. Requirements For The Contractor. Within 7 Days Of Signing The Contract (But Before Commencing Construction Works), The Contractor Will Submit A Material And Financial Schedule For Approval. Before Starting The Works, The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With: - The Original Declaration Of The Construction Manager Confirming The Assumption Of The Obligation To Manage The Construction (Construction Works), - A Certified Copy Of The Construction Managers Qualifications, - A Certified Copy Of The Current Oiib Membership Certificate, - The Contractor Will Provide Surveying Services For The Subject Of The Contract At Every Stage, - The Contractor Is Obliged To Notify The Supervision Inspector Of Works That Are Covered Or Disappearing And Obtain Confirmation Of Their Proper Execution In The Construction Log. In The Absence Of Notification, The Ordering Party Has The Right To Refuse To Accept These Works And Demand That Excavations Be Made. 6. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Annexes To The Swz, Which Include: Bill Of Quantities (Annex No. 8 To This Swz), Bid
