The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of Construction Works Based On Technical Documentation Prepared By Michał Boroń Pracownia Projektowa Kwadrat, Consisting In The Renovation, Reconstruction And Expansion Of The Internal Gas Installation Of The Former Building Of The Commune Office In Mirec, Entered In The Commune Register Of Monuments, Located On Plot No. 2621 At Ul. Jaśminowa In Miriec. The Construction Works Will Be Carried Out As Part Of The Task Titled: Functional Renovation Of A Historic Building From 1922 In The Center Of Mirec And Consist In: • Replacing The Ceiling Above The Ground Floor Along With The Construction Of Floors And Suspended Ceilings • Insulation Of External Walls • Construction Of The Missing Part Of The Buildings Surround From North-West Side• Replacement Of Windows And Doors In External Walls• Replacement Of The Floor On The Ground• Replacement Of Internal Doors• Demolition And Reconstruction Of Partition Walls On The 1St Floor Of The Building• Removal Of A Partition Wall On The Ground Floor• Removal Of Cracked Plasters, Reconstruction Of Plasters And Plastering On Internal Walls• Facing Walls With Ceramic Tiles• Painting Of Internal Walls• Disassembly And Reassembly Of Sanitary Utensils• Cleaning, Removing Debris And Possible Reconstruction Of Ventilation Ducts,• Reconstruction And Expansion Of The Gas Installation On The Ground Floor In The Boiler Room, Room. Communications And On The Buildings Facade.;• Disassembly Of A 44 Kw Freestanding Atmospheric Gas Boiler Along With Devices And Fittings;• Installation Of A 35Kw Hanging Condensing Gas Boiler;• Replacement Of The Following Installations In The Building: Rg, Rk Electrical Switchboards, Internal Power Lines, Lighting• Due To The Planned Thermal Insulation Of The Facility, The Cabling Of The Installations Mounted To The Façade Walls Should Be Extended And Reinstalled While Maintaining Their Functionality. The Detailed Scope Of The Order And Implementation Conditions Are Specified In The Design Documentation Constituting Annex No. 9 To Swz - Technical Documentation.2). The Contractor Is Obliged To Comply With Intermediate Deadlines Resulting From The Schedule Agreed With The Ordering Party Before Signing The Contract. Failure To Meet Intermediate Deadlines For The Completion Of Elements Of Works Resulting From The Agreed Material And Financial Schedule Of The Task Will Result In The Calculation Of Contractual Penalties On The Terms Specified In The Contract Template (Appendix No. 8 To The Swz). The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Subject Of The Contract Without Defects And Faults, Complete And Submit All Documents Necessary For Acceptance Related To The Implementation Of The Task, And Submit The Subject Of The Contract For Final Acceptance.3).
