The Subject Of The Order Is The Modernization Of The Restaurant And Hotel Part Of The Bytów Castle - Stage Ii. The Scope Of Work Includes, Among Others: A) White Assembly With Connection Of Devices (Frames For Mounting Devices, Washbasins, Toilets, Urinals, Shower Trays, Shower Cabins) Along With Bathroom Equipment ;B) Replacement Of Cast Iron Radiators In The Staircase; C) Installation Of Floors (Carpet Should Be Used In The Staircase); D) Installation Of Internal Door Joinery, Among Others. For Rooms And Auxiliary Rooms (Except For Fire Doors Leading To Rooms); E) Finishing Works On Internal Walls (Including Plasterboard Cladding, Painting, Cladding With Artificial And Natural Stone Tiles, Non-Flammable Furniture Board Cladding) , Leaving Visible Inclusions Of Stones And Bricks On The Walls; F) Making Ceiling Casings Of Fire-Resistant Plasterboards; G) Replacing The Window Frames With Meranti Wood Windows With Colors Matching The Windows Previously Mentioned In The Facility, P2 Class Glass And Air Vents. The Replacement Of The Joinery Should Be Carried Out Without Disturbing The Existing Façade And Sheet Metal Work. In The Event Of Damage, Renovation Works Should Be Carried Out To Standardize The Texture And Color; H) Installation Of Lighting Fixtures; I) Casing Of The Unused Attic Made Of Fire-Resistant Boards, E.G. In The Knauf System In The Ei60 Class And Installation Of Doors In The Ei30 Class.J) Adjustment And Adjustment Of The Location Existing Fire Protection Installation Devices. After Finishing Works. Due To The Valid Warranty Granted For Construction Works Related To The Adaptation Of The Castle Building In Bytów To Fire Protection Requirements, The Works Should Be Performed In Consultation With The Guarantor, I.E. The Ordering Party Consents To The Use Of Materials From Other Manufacturers, Provided That They Ensure No Worse Technical And Visual Properties. The Contractors Obligations Include: A) Taking Over The Work Site; B) Securing And Fencing The Work Site; C) Locating And Preparing The Construction Site Facilities According To Its Needs And At Its Own Expense; D) Providing The Safety And Health Protection Plan In Accordance With Art. 21A Of The Construction Law Act; E) Providing A Material And Financial Schedule Of Works; F) Providing The Construction Managers Declara
