Construction Work For Gas Pipelines – Gas Connection To The Tky Premises. The Subject Of Performance And The Goal Of The Public Contract Is The Construction Of A New High-Pressure Gas Connection To The Contractors Premises, Including The Construction Of A Transfer Station. This Station Will Serve As A Measuring Point For The Gas Taken And Also As A Division Between The 1St And 2Nd Parts (Where The 1St Part Will Be Sold To Gasnet, S.R.O. And The 2Nd Part Will Belong To The Client). Scope Of Performance Of The Public Contract: The Contract Consists In The Construction Of A New High-Pressure Gas Pipeline Connection Dn 300, From The Connection To The Backbone Distribution Dn 500 Spol. Gasnet S.R.O. Up To The Principals Premises. Part Of The Contract Is The Construction Of A Transfer Station In The Area Of The Cooling Towers. The Total Length Of The Route Of The Gas Pipeline Connection Is Approximately 575 M. The Order Will Be Performed In Accordance With The Requirements, Conditions, Specifications And Other Data And Information Contained In Detail In The Tender Documents And Its Annexes (Especially The Contract For The Work And The Project). The Order Will Have A Turnkey Character. The Scope Of Performance Of The Contract Is Detailed In The Project Documentation For The Joint Construction Permit Gas Connection To The Tky Premises, Prepared By The Company Igea, S. R. O., Under Contract No. 4078-Dusp, Dated November 2023 (Appendix No. 12 Zd) And In The Contract About The Work (Appendix No. 7 Zd). The Subject Of The Performance Of The Public Contract Is Also Work, Activities And Supplies That Are Not Listed In The Project Documentation, But Are Listed In The Projects Measurement Statement (Ost Sheet) And Are Part Of The Contractors Performance. These Items Are Further Listed In Article 1 Of The Contract For The Works (These Works, Activities And Deliveries Will Also Be Valued By The Participant In Point I) Other Direct Costs Of The Construction Recapitulation Contract Price Recapitulation, Appendix No. 8 Zd). A More Detailed Description Of The Subject Of Performance Of The Public Contract (Place Of Performance, Requirements For Performance Dates, Definition Of The Quantity And Type Of Required Supply Of Goods, Works And Services And The Required Standards And Conditions Of Performance) Is Provided In The Tender Documentation And Its Appendices. The Contracting Authority Expects To Finance The Public Contract Gas Connection To The Tky Campus From Its Own Resources, With Financial Participation From The Modernization Fund Resources.
