On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Municipalities, The Provisions Of The Waste Management Plan For The Silesian Voivodeship For The Years 2023 - 2028, Adopted By The Resolution Of The Assembly Of The Silesian Voivodeship No. 735/17/Vii/2024 Of July 24, 2024, The Provisions Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of The Environment Of May 10, 2021 . On The Detailed Method Of Selective Collection Of Selected Waste Fractions (Journal Of Laws Of 2021, Item 906) And All Applicable Legal Provisions. B) Purchase And Distribution Of Bags For Selective Collection Of Municipal Waste In Single-Family And Multi-Family Buildings, C) Establishment And Operation Of A Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (Pszok) In The Krzyżanowice Commune, Within 14 Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract, Meeting The Requirements Specified In The Law Regarding Located On The Property To Which The Contractor Has Legal Title. Until This Point Is Created Or In The Event Of Resigning From Its Creation, The Commune Of Krzyżanowice Proposes And Makes Available A Point Located In Zabełków At Ul. Zagumnie Or On The Premises Of The Municipal Waste Landfill In Tworkowo, And The Contractor Will Bear The Costs Of Its Operation After Agreeing The Conditions With The Owner Of The Land. D) Providing Containers For The Collection Of Textiles And Used Clothing On The Premises Of Pszok. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 3 To The Swz. The Forecast Total Amount Of Municipal Waste Covered By The Order Will Be 10,600 [Mg] Of Waste/ For 2 Years (2025 And 2026). A List Of Towns With A List Of Address Points Is Attached As Annex 4 To The Swz. The Amount Of Municipal Waste Collected In The Krzyżanowice Commune In Particular Years Is Provided In Appendix No. 3A To The Swz. The Contract Template Is Attached As Annex 8 To The Swz. The Offered Subject Of The Order, Including The Services Provided And The Works And Deliveries Performed As Part Of Them, Should Meet The Following Requirements: 1) The Scope Of The Offered Subject Of The Order And The Method Of Its Execution Should Be Consistent With All Requirements Of The Specification Of The Terms Of Procurement And A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order; 2) Response Times Regarding The Implementation Of Reported Complaints Regarding The Collection Of Uncollected Waste Covered By The Subject Of The Order May Not Exceed 48 Hours From The Notification By The Ordering Party, On The Terms Specified In Point. 3.20.4) Exceeding The Above-Mentioned Deadline Results In Rejection Of The Offer; 3) Offer Him
