Software Package And Information Systems – Delivery, Provision And Operation Of A Billing System For The Supplier Market Role. The Subject Of This Tender Is A Framework Agreement For The Delivery, Provision (Transformation) And Operation Of A Billing System For Evls Market Role Supplier As Software As A Service (Saas) And As A Cloud Service (Private Cloud) Including Data Extraction From Sap Is-U, Customizing Or Configuration, Migration Of Legacy Data, Licenses, Maintenance And Support, Training As Well As System-Specific Advice That Meets Evls Requirements For A Modern, Future-Proof And At The Same Time Cost-Effective Solution. The Envisaged Order Volume According To This Framework Agreement Is 130,000 Billing Elements Per Year In Relation To The Billing Elements (A Billing Element Corresponds To A Meter Or Register For Multi-Tariff Meters). A Binding Maximum Purchase Limit Of 200,000 Billing Elements Per Year Applies To Services From The Framework Agreement. Evl Has A Minimum Purchase Obligation Of 50,000 Billing Elements Per Year. The Order Volume Envisaged Under The Framework Agreement In Terms Of The Number Of Person-Days Is 10 Person-Days Per Year. There Is A Binding Maximum Purchase Limit Of 100 Person Days Per Year. Evl Does Not Have A Minimum Purchase Obligation In This Regard. Evl Is Not Obliged To Award Contracts Within The Meaning Of This Framework Agreement Under The Framework Agreement (See Recital No. 61 Of Directive 2014/24/Eu). The Framework Agreement Begins When The Contract Is Awarded. The Transformation And Transition To Real Operation (Go-Live) Must Take Place By April 30, 2026 At The Latest. The Framework Agreement Runs Until March 31, 2033. It Is Extended By Two Years If It Is Not Terminated In Writing By One Of The Contracting Parties With 12 Months Notice.
