Integrated Circuit Packages – Framework Agreement For Sic Gap Switches. Each Switch Should Be Composed Of Two Separate Sic Module Units (One Module Stack For Each Gap Half Of The Cavity) And Its Own Control And Power Supply Unit. The Sic Module Units Will Be Used In The Accelerator Tunnel As Part Of The Gap Periphery Of The High-Frequency Cavities. They Must Be Able To Withstand High Voltages, High Currents And High Levels Of Radiation Exposure. The Switches Will Be Used In Continuous Operation In The Accelerator Facilities During The Beam Time. Since These Accelerator Systems Require High Availability Of All Technical Systems, High Demands Are Placed On The Long-Term Stability Of The Switches And The Quality Of The Components Used, Including State-Of-The-Art Solutions For Power Supply, Mechanical Integration, High-Frequency Properties, Electrical Safety , Cooling And Thermal Management And Electromagnetic Compatibility. The Scope Of Delivery Includes Two Reports (Conceptual Design Report, Final Design Report) For The Development Phase And The Production Of Switches In Different Steps (Prototype, First-Of-Series, Series). This Includes Hardware, Software/Firmware And Documentation. In Addition, A Declaration Of Incorporation Or Declaration Of Conformity Should Be Issued.
