Since This Is A Major Construction Project Involving A Large Number Of Different Trades, The Execution Period For This Work Can Be Up To 6 Months Due To Circumstances That The Client Cannot Plan In Advance (E.G. Special Weather Conditions, Delays In The Release Of Plans/Statics, Default/Insolvency Of The Previous Contractor). Extend Without This Leading To Additional Claims For Remuneration On The Part Of The Contractor.
