The Object Treated By The Current Project Is An Emergency Restoration Of The Conductivity Of The River. An Old River Within The Urbanized Territory Of Villa Kostenets. The Section Is Located Within The Regulatory Limits, As Both Banks Of The River Are Heavily Eroded, In Some Places Undermined And Overgrown With Bushes And Low-Stemmed Trees. Correction And Strengthening Retaining Walls Are Missing. The River Bed Is Silted Up By Silt, Bushes And Trees And Has Reduced Conductivity. This Leads To A Real Danger Of Flooding The Surrounding Terrain During Heavy And Heavy Rains. Under These Unfavorable Conditions, There Is A Need To Carry Out An Emergency Restoration Of The Conductivity Of The River Within The Boundaries Of The Urbanized Territory.
