Pre-qualification is open to building contractors Class 1 in both categories; local and international contractor who are willing to participate in this project. Interested eligible Applicants may obtain further information from the Commonwealth Investment company Limited (CICL) at the address below during office hours between 08:00 a.m. and 04:30 p.m. from Monday to Friday inclusive, except on public holidays.
