Packaging Should Be Made Of Materials Intended For Contact With Food. The Delivered Food Products Must Be Fresh, With Shelf Life Appropriate To The Given Assortment, Of High Quality, I.E. First Grade, Without Physical And Quality Defects. Products Should Be Marked In Accordance With Applicable Regulations. The Shelf Life Of The Delivered Products Should Not Be Shorter Than ½ Of The Shelf Life Specified On The Product Packaging. Disqualifying Features: Foreign Tastes, Odors, Slipperiness, Mold Growth, Grey-Green Color, Symptoms Of Reduced Firmness And Elasticity, Lack Of Packaging Labeling, Their Mechanical Damage, Dirt, Physical Pollutants.
