Touch Screen Monitors - Implementation Of A System For Centralized Management Of Information Provided By The Social Assistance Agency (Asp) And The Territorial Divisions. The Purpose Of The Public Procurement Is The Implementation Of A System For Centralized Information Management, Which Is Provided By The Social Assistance Agency And Its Territorial Divisions. The System Must Be Managed From A Central Point, Include Server Configurations, Provided Software And Management Licenses In 356 Sites, With Installed Interactive Monitors For Multimedia Content, 1 Pc. In Each Site, And A Network Security Platform. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Following Main Types Of Activities: Delivery Of Equipment For A System For Digitization Of The Information Spaces Of The Asp To The Places Of Delivery, Indicated In Appendix No. 1 - List Of Addresses For The Place Of Execution; Assembly/Installation And Commissioning Of The Supplied System; Providing Communication And Network Connectivity; Training The Staff Of The Contracting Authority To Work With The System; Warranty Service Of The System For A Minimum Of 36 /Thirty-Six/ Months. The Selected Contractor Should Ensure The Performance Of Delivery, Assembly/Installation And Commissioning Activities Of The Delivered System And Training Of The Employers Personnel To Work With The System Within A Period Of Up To 180 Calendar Days, Counted From The Date Of Commencement Of Performance Under The Contract. The Implemented System Should Be Considered As A Combination Of The Necessary Equipment, Software For Centralized Content Management And Communication Connectivity.
