The City Of Leutershausen Intends To Build A New Fire Station That Is Tailored To Local Conditions, Suitable For Fire Services, Complete And Pragmatically Planned. The Building Should Be Coordinated In Such A Way That The Occupational And Health Protection Aspects Can Be Adequately Met. As A Basic Requirement For The Required Release Times, A Functioning Preparation Process For The Rescue Operation Is Essential. Therefore, Not Only The Legal Regulations, Ordinances And Din Standards Must Be Observed, But In Particular The Technical Rules For Workplaces And Their Accident Prevention Regulations. There Are Around 55 Fire Brigade Personnel On Duty At The Planned Location, Of Which Around 20 People Act As Respiratory Protection Wearers. In Addition To 3 Vehicle Parking Spaces (Vehicles ≤10.00M), The New Building Will Also Have Rooms For Emergency And Training Services , Which Could Also Be Used For Companionship Maintenance. Changing Rooms And Shower/Washing Areas, Separated For Men And Women, Are Also Required. A Number Of 20 Parking Spaces Are Planned Outside. An Additional Area Is Also Planned Outside, Which Could Be Used As A Practice Area. The Construction Project Is To Be Carried Out On A Currently Undeveloped Property In The District Of Wiedersbach, City Of Leutershausen, Field Number 165/1, Which Is Owned By The City Of Leutershausen And Is A Plot Of Land Of Approximately 3,000 M² In Total. The Property Has A Triangular Floor Plan And Is Bordered In The North By The Route Of Schützenstrasse And In The South By Meadows And Arable Areas. The Properties Adjacent To The East And West Are Undeveloped. The Subject Of The Award Is The Property Planning Services In Accordance With Part 3, Section 1 Hoai 2021 Of Service Phases 1 To 9.
