Biodegradable Waste Sent To Landfill, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of September 13, 1996 On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Municipalities (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 399), The Provisions Of The Provincial Waste Management Plan (Wpgo) Approved By The Resolution Of The West Pomeranian Voivodeship Assembly No. Xx/240/20 Of October 22, 2020 Regarding The Adoption Of The Waste Management Plan For The West Pomeranian Voivodeship For The Years 2020-2026, Taking Into Account The Perspective For The Years 2027-2032, And In Accordance With The Regulations For Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In The Commune In Force During The Term Of The Contract Pyrzyce Approved By The Resolution Of The City Council In Pyrzyce No. Xxiii/169/20 Of May 28, 2020 On The Adoption Of The Regulations For Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In The Pyrzyce Commune (Journal Of Laws Device West Pomeranian Voivodeship Of 2020, Item 3016, As Amended. The Service Of Collecting Municipal Waste From Property Owners Residing In The Pyrzyce Commune And Its Management Covers The Following Types Of Waste: 1) Unsegregated (Mixed) Municipal Waste, 2) Biodegradable Waste, Including Biodegradable Packaging Waste And Green Waste Collected Selectively, 3) Paper, Cardboard, Magazines, Etc., Including Packaging, 4) Plastics, 5) Metal, 6) Glass, 7) Multi-Material Packaging, Tetra Pak Type, 8) Bulky Waste, 9) Used Electrical Equipment And Electronic, 10) Used Batteries And Accumulators, 11) Used Fluorescent Lamps And Other Waste Containing Mercury (E.G. Thermometers), L2) Expired Medicines, 13) Chemicals Produced Only In Households (Remains Of Paints, Varnishes, Adhesives, Solvents, Protective Agents Plants And Their Packaging, Used Oils, Etc.), 14) Used Tires From Passenger Cars, 15) Construction And Demolition Waste, Including Roofing Felt Generated In The Household, 16) Ashes, 17) Natural Christmas Trees, Provided That Their Collection Will Be Carried Out In The Period From January 2 To February 15. 3. Management Of Collected Municipal Waste In Accordance With The Guidelines Adopted In The Law And The Provincial Waste Management Plan For The West Pomeranian Voivodeship (Wpgo). 4.
