Energy - Investment Measure 3 - Development Of Flexible And Highly Efficient Gas-Fired Generation Capacities For Cogeneration Of Electricity And Heat (Chp) In The District Heating Sector, With A View To Achieving Deep Decarbonisation. The General Objective Of The Project Is To Achieve A Gas Production Capacity Of 108 Mwe /89.1 Mwt, Flexible And Highly Efficient, For The Cogeneration Of Electricity And Thermal Energy (Chp) For The Supply Of Thermal Energy To The Inhabitants Of The Municipality Of Rm. Vâlcea In A Period Of A Maximum Of 24 Months From The Signing Of The Financing Contract (Commissioning Deadline Is 31.12.2025, According To The Financing Contract). The Object Of This Procedure Is The Purchase Of Equipment And Services For The Realization Of The Cogeneration Plant With Thermal Engines With A Total Electric Power Of At Least 27 Mw And A Total Thermal Power Of At Least 26.10 Mw, With Three Identical Units That Will Be The Subject Of Integration Into The Cogeneration Plant Highly Efficient Gas, Flexible, In The Central Heating Sector Of The Municipality Of Râmnicu Vâlcea. The Contracting Authority Decides That It Will Respond Clearly And Completely To All Requests For Clarifications Within A Single Deadline, On The 11Th Day Before The Deadline For Submission Of Offers. Of It, The Contracting Authority Establishes That Economic Operators Can Send Requests For Clarifications Or Additional Information 21 Days Before The Deadline For Submitting Offers
