General Practitioner Services – Purchase Of Operation Of General Medical Practice In Ribe City, Esbjerg Municipality. The Tender Relates To The Purchasers Purchase Of The Operation Of A General Medical Practice In The Town Of Ribe In Esbjerg Municipality. It Is The Responsibility Of Region Southern Denmark To Ensure That All Citizens In The Region Are Registered With A General Practitioner. Against This Background, Security Of Supply Is Central When Working With Solutions To Solve Medical Coverage Problems. Medical Coverage In Region Southern Denmark Is Basically Based On Independent General Practitioners. The General Practitioners Buy And Sell Their Practices On Normal Market Terms. However, Situations May Arise Where A Doctor Cannot Sell His Practice, Or Where It Can Otherwise Be Foreseen That There Is A Risk That A Group Of Patients May End Up Without A Doctor. Section 227 Of The Health Act, Subsection 3, It Appears That In Such Cases The Region Can Offer The Operation Of A Medical Practice To Other Suppliers. Such A Situation Has Now Arisen In Ribe, Where A Clinic, With Approx. 1,100 Secured, Closes Without Sales Per 1 April 2025. A Tender Is Therefore Carried Out To Ensure That The Affected Patients Can Be Registered For An Element Medical Offer When Their Practice Closes. There Are Other Practices Located In Ribe, And Only One Is Open For Access, But This Is Only Expected To Have Available Patient Capacity For Less Than 100 Of The Affected Insureds. Therefore, The Rest Of The Patient Group Is Expected To Be Without A Permanent Doctor From April 2025. However, It Is Important For The Region To Emphasize That Work Is Being Done In Parallel With Other Solution Models For The Affected Patients, And Therefore The Region Reserves The Right To Cancel The Tender Until The Conclusion Of The Contract, If It Turns Out That The External Number And/Or The Group Of Patients Linked To The Tender Can Be Secured Medical Cover In Another Way. It Is Also Important For The Region To Emphasize That, As A Starting Point, Approx. 1,100 Registered Insured For The External Number Offered, But No Guarantee Is Given For The Number Of Patients, Which Can Therefore Both Increase And Decrease During The Contract Period. However, It Is Not Unlikely That There Will Be A Greater Influx Of Patients During The Last Year Of The Contract Period. Thus, The Ordering Party Non-Bindingly Estimates That – Seen Over The Entire Contract Period – There Will Be Approx. 1,600 Insured Patients Associated With The Offered Clinic. Operation Of A Medical Capacity With Up To 2,700 Insured Persons Is Offered. The Tender Clinic Must Be Open To New Patients At All Times Until 2,700 Insured Persons Are Registered. If The Number Of Patients Registered At The Clinic Falls Below 500, The Customer May Choose To Terminate The Contract. The Supplier Is Settled With A Price Per Registered Patient Per Month (Calculated And Paid Monthly), Instead Of The Normal Basic And Service Fee. The Tender Relates To The Full Operation And Execution Of General Medical Practice According To The Regulations In The Agreement On General Practice In Force At All Times. Attention Is Drawn To The Fact That An Agreement For 2025 Is Being Drawn Up/Adopted. The Supplier Must Inform Himself About This And Herein. The Supplier Must Provide Premises Himself
