Event Services - Services For Providing Logistics And Organizational And Technical Preparation For Events Related To The Activities Of The Ministry Of Education And Science And Projects And Programs Of Which It Is A Beneficiary. The Scope Of The Public Procurement Includes Logistics And Organizational And Technical Preparation Of Events Related To The Implementation Of The Activities Of The Ministry Of Education And Science And Projects And Programs Of Which It Is A Beneficiary And Accompanying Activities, Including But Not Limited To: Hotel Accommodation ; Renting Halls/Premises; Technical Equipment; Provision Of Meals And Coffee Breaks, Online Coverage Of Events. The Events Will Be Held On The Territory Of The Republic Of Bulgaria And Can Be In Different Formats - Conferences, Trainings, Seminars, Exchange Of Good Practices, Information Days, Congresses, Round Tables, Workshops, Meetings, Public Events Organized In Open And Closed Spaces , Incl. And Public Places, Open Stages, In Museums, Community Centers, Seminar Halls, Etc. Logistics And Organizational-Technical Preparation Include: Provision Of Transport (Except Air); Hotel Accommodation; Halls; Technical Equipment; Voicing; Registration Of Participants; Provision/Distribution Of Materials; Provision Of Meals And Coffee Breaks; Making A Video Or Sound Recording Of The Event On An Electronic Medium; Preparation Of Photographic Material From The Event And Other Similar Accompanying Activities. The Organization And Conduct Of The Events Must Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Requirements For Accommodation, Technical Equipment In The Event Venues, The Organization Of Participants Meals, Event Materials, Transport To The Event Venue And Others Described In The Technical Specification Similar Activities. The Specific Parameters Regarding A Given Event Are Specified By The Employer In Each Specific Request. As Of The Date Of The Opening Of The Order, The Contracting Authority Cannot Exhaustively Specify All Events By Type And Number Of Events, Number Of Participants, Estimated Value Of The Events Or Time Schedule For Their Planning And Implementation. This Determines The Need, Depending On The Specific Needs And The Available Financial Resources For The Order, For The Contracting Authority To Have The Opportunity To Assign The Organization And Conduct Of Events That Were Not Known To Him At The Date Of Opening Of The Order, Respectively, Are Not Specified In The Technical Specification.
