The Subject Of The Order Includes The Delivery Of A Medium-Sized Rescue And Fire-Fighting Vehicle With Equipment For The Volunteer Fire Department In Wrześnica. 2. Basic Requirements That The Offered Car Must Meet: 1) The Built-Up And Equipped Vehicle Must Meet The Minimum Requirements In Accordance With The Regulations And Specified In The Description Below: A) The Road Traffic Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1047, As Amended), Along With The Implementing Provisions Of The Act. B) Regulation Of The Minister Of Internal Affairs And Administration Of June 20, 2007 On The List Of Products Intended To Ensure The Principles Of Public Safety Or The Protection Of Health, Life And Property, As Well As The Rules For Issuing Approvals For These Products For Use (Journal Of Laws Of 2007 , No. 143, Item 1002, As Amended), C) Regulations Of The Ministers Of Interior And Administration, National Defense, Finance And Justice Of March 22, 2019 On Special Vehicles And Vehicles Used For Special Purposes Of The Police And The Security Agency Internal Affairs, Intelligence Agency, Military Counterintelligence Service, Military Intelligence Service, Central Anticorruption Bureau, Border Guard, State Protection Service, National Tax Administration, Prison Service And Fire Brigade (Journal Of Laws Of 2019, Item 594). D) Standards: Pn-En 1846-1 And Pn-En 1846-2 Or Equivalent. 2) The Vehicle Must Have A Valid Certificate Of Approval For Use In Fire Protection In Poland Issued Pursuant To The Regulation Of The Minister Of Internal Affairs And Administration Of June 20, 2007 On The List Of Products Intended To Ensure Public Safety Or Protect Health, Life And Property, As Well As Rules For Issuing Approvals For These Products For Use (Journal Of Laws Of 2007, No. 143, Item 1002, As Amended). Admission Certificate Delivered No Later Than The Day Of Collecting The Car. 3) The Vehicle Must Be Marked With The Operational Numbers Of The State Fire Service In Accordance With Order No. 3 Of The Commander-In-Chief Of The State Fire Service Of March 9, 2021 On Transport Management In The Organizational Units Of The State Fire Service. Additionally, The Contractor Will Place The Inscriptions/Coat Of Arms Osp Wrześnica And Gmina Sławno On The Front Doors Of The Cabin On Both Sides, And Will Create And Place The Logo Of Eu Funds On The Vehicle. Operational Numbers And Logo Will Be Provided By The Ordering Party After Signing The Contract. 4) The Contractor Will Wrap The Vehicle In Accordance With The Pattern Established At The Order Execution Stage (Prismatic Foil). Additionally, The Contractor Will Place A Corridor Of Life Sticker On The Rear Blind. 3. Chassis With Cabin: 1) Chassis From The Year Of Production At Least 2024. Body From The Year Of Production At Least 2024. Brand New Vehicle, With An Engine With A Power Of Not Less Than 240 Kw. The Engine And Chassis With Cab Come From The Same Manufacturer. 2) The Vehicle Must Meet The Minimum Requirements For Medium Class M (According To Pn-En 1846-1 Or Equivalent). 3) The Vehicle Must Meet The Minimum Requirements For Category 2
