Sales Contract For The Purchase And Delivery Of New Factory Parts Required For The Repair Of The Seepex Macerators And Screw Pumps Operated By The Contracting Authority Up To A Net Amount Of Huf 25,000,000. Following The Conclusion Of The Sales Contract, The Purchaser Intends To Fulfill Its Purchasing Needs By Means Of Direct Ad Hoc Orders Based On The Conditions Specified In The Contract. During The Fulfillment Of Orders, The Winning Bidder May Only Supply New, Factory, Unused And Non-Remanufactured Parts. During The Performance Of The Contract, The Tenderer Undertakes To Draw Down 70% Of The Total Amount, I.E. Huf 17,500,000 Net.
