Printing Machinery – Leasing Of Two Identical Digital Color Printing Systems For The City Of Essen’S Print Shop. It Is Planned To Conclude A Leasing Contract For 60 Months Including 120,000 Black And White Copies/Month And 200,000 Color Copies/Month (Together On Both Color Printing Systems). The Print Volume Is Based On Experience From The Last Few Years. Fluctuations Are Fundamentally Possible. It Must Be Possible To Transfer The Copies Included In This Volume But Not Used In The Respective Month Over The Entire Contract Term. When Submitting An Offer, The Bidder Must Submit A Sample Leasing Contract. The Bidder Who Is Awarded The Contract Must Carry Out Operator Training To Instruct The Staff In The New Color Printing Systems; For This Purpose, Two Introductory Training Sessions Over A Total Of Two Days Must Be Held On The Premises Of The City Printing Office, With A Maximum Group Size Of Four People Per Day. Materials Coated Paper Must Be Processed, Of Recycled Paper (Paper Certified With The Blue Angel), Of Papers From Different Manufacturers And Other Materials (Linen, Foils, Copy Labels, Sk Papers, Sd Paper For Digital Printing) May Be Possible 6. Native Physical Print Resolution At Least 2,400 X 2,400 Dpi Without Interpolation 7. Paper Compartments - At Least 3 Different Compartments - Total Capacity Of At Least 6,000 Sheets (Tolerance Limit Of Max. 2%) In The Format: A4, 90 G/M2 When Using All Compartments And A Uniform Format 8. Stapling Staple Stapling Must Be Used For At Least 50 Sheets Of 90G/M2 Must Be Possible (A Maximum Of 20,000 Staplings Are Carried Out Per Year) 9. Output Of The Print Jobs Must Be Staggered 10. Maximum Imaging Area At Least 320 X 480Mm For Format A3+ 11. Toner And Paper Input Must Be Possible During Production 12. Scanner Integrated On The Device Or As An External Device, Resolution In Both Cases At Least 600 Dpi; One Scanner Per Device (With Integrated Scanners) Or An External Scanner That Controls Both Printing Systems. 13. Software Workflow - It Must Be Possible To Integrate/Connect To The Existing Software (Prisma Direct/Prisma Prepare, Sys Hub And The Windows 10 Operating System (Updateable To Windows 11 And Subsequent Versions)) - The Use Of Existing Media Catalogs Must Be Supported.
