Specialized Chemical Products – Purchase Of Pastes And Assembly Sprays. The Tenderer (Hereinafter: Ak) Wishes To Procure (Purchase) The Following Products Within The Framework Of The Subject Dbr - Among Others, But Not Exclusively - Estimated Value: Cxliii Of 2015 On Public Procurement. Act (Hereinafter: Kbt.) On The Basis Of § 18, Paragraph (2), The Highest Estimated Total Value Of The Contracts To Be Concluded During The Entire Duration Of The Dbr, I.E. Huf 499,000,000 Net, Ak Draws Attention To The Fact That The Creation Of The Dbr Does Not Mean For Ak Full Drawdown Obligation For The Total Value. Quantity: Due To The Nature Of The Use, The Number Of Products To Be Procured Within The Scope Of The Dbr Cannot Be Precisely Determined In Advance At This Stage Of The Procedure. Based On The Experience Of The Previous Period, The Calculated Amount In Relation To This Estimated Highest Net Value Is Approximately 16,597 Different Pastes And Assembly Sprays (359 Automotive Maintenance Materials, 2335 Technical Cleaning Materials, 5443 Industrial Maintenance Materials, 7460 Industrial Maintenance Mixed Auxiliary Materials). The Quantity Actually Purchased May Differ From This Planned Figure. The Quantities Of The Individual Products, The Expected Technical Parameters And The Detailed Contractual Conditions Are Determined In The Bidding Phase(S) Following The Closing Of The Participation Phase, During Which Ak Determines The Value Of The Specific Public Procurement By Specifying A Quantitative Deviation If Necessary. The Expected Maximum Size Of Individual Purchase And Sale Framework Contracts To Be Awarded Within The Framework Of The Dbr Is Huf 84,000,000 Net (Frame Sum). Ak Of The Kbt. On The Basis Of § 107, Paragraph (2), Reserves The Possibility To Define Partial Tendering Option(S) In The Call For Tenders In The Case Of Specific Public Procurement(S) To Be Carried Out Within The Framework Of The Dbr - Depending On The Specific Procurement Demand(S) . Ak Operates The Dbr In The Electronic Public Procurement System (Ekr) As An Electronic Process, Where All Communication Between Ak And Bidders (Ats) Takes Place Electronically. During Its Entire Duration, The Dbr Can Be Joined By Any Economic Operator (Gsz) Who Meets The Eligibility Condition(S) Defined By The Ak. All Applicants For Joint Participation (Hereinafter: Rj) Who Meet The Eligibility Condition(S) Will Be Admitted To The Dbr (Provided That, In View Of The Prescribed Reasons For Exclusion, According To The Regulations Of The Civil Code, The Given Rj Does Not Have To Be Excluded From The Procedure ). There Is No Limit To The Number Of Rjs To Be Invited To Submit Bids, So Ak Invites All Rjs Admitted To The Dbr To Submit Bids In Order To Implement Individual Public Procurements. If Any Part Of The Public Procurement Documentation Or The Price List Contains A Reference To A Certain Product, Origin, Type Of Thing, Procedure, Activity, Person, Or Patent Or Trademark, Or If It Defines A Standard, Technical License, Technical Specifications, Or Technical Recommendation, Then They Only A Clear Statement Of The Nature Of The Object
