Domestic Appliances – Public Tender For Framework Agreement For The Purchase Of Hard Appliances And Other Household Items. The Norwegian Property Agency Is Responsible For Maintaining A Large And Bulky Building, For Which There Is A Regular Need To Purchase White Goods And Various Household Appliances. The Danish Property Agencys Building Stock Consists Partly Of Residential Properties, Which Are Primarily Located In Copenhagen, And Partly Of Defense Establishments Throughout The Country. The Need For White Goods And Various Household Appliances Is Equally Distributed Between Residential Properties And Establishments. As A Result, The Norwegian Property Agency Offers A Framework Agreement Regarding The Purchase Of White Goods And Various Household Appliances (Hereinafter The Framework Agreement), Which Aims To Cover The Danish Property Agencys Ongoing Needs For The Purchase Of White Goods And Other Household Items For The Buildings Of The Ministry Of Defense And Subordinate Authorities. The Framework Agreement Also Includes The Purchase Of A Number Of Services, Such As Delivery, Assembly, Storage, Disposal, Inspection, Warranty Inspection And Repair. The Danish Property Agency Intends To Award The Framework Agreement To One Supplier. The Framework Agreement Has An Ordinary Term Of Two Years. However, The Danish Property Agency Has The Option Of Extending The Framework Agreement Several Times By Up To Two More Years (However, A Maximum Of 12 Months Per Extension). The Framework Agreement Is Estimated To Have An Annual Estimated Value Of Dkk 3.00 Million. This Means That The Total Estimated Value Of The Framework Agreement Over A Four-Year Agreement Period Is Dkk 12.00 Million. The Total Maximum Value Of The Framework Agreement Over A Four-Year Agreement Period Is Dkk 24.00 Million. The Maximum Value Of The Framework Agreement Is Determined, Among Other Things, On The Basis That The Future Level Of Activity In The Area Of The Armed Forces Is Not Yet Known. The Future Level Of Activity May Have A (Significant) Impact On The Danish Property Agencys Need For The Purchase Of White Goods And Other Household Products. In This Connection, It Can Be Stated, For Example, That It Cannot Be Ruled Out That In The Upcoming (Partial) Settlement A Political Decision Is Made About The Construction Of Several Buildings, Including Accommodation Rooms And The Like, As Well As The Construction Of Several Tenancies Where The Purchase Of White Goods Is Necessary. In Addition, It Is Being Discussed Whether A Further Stage Should Be Carried Out Regarding The Renovation Of Nyboder (Stage 3) And A General Expansion Of Washing Facilities For Conscripts, Which May Also Have An Impact On The Amount Of White Goods That The Danish Property Agency Needs To Buy In Accordance With The Framework Agreement.
