Hiring A Company Specialized In Telecommunications Services For The Implementation, Operation And Maintenance Of 01 (One) Dedicated Internet Link And L2l Data Link To Interconnect The Bueno City Council To The Pimenta Bueno City Hall With A Download Speed Of 1Gb (One Gigabit) And 1Gb (One Gigabit) Upload, With Access And Physical Media In Fiber Optic Under The Following Conditions The Provider Must Prove It Has Access To Physical Media And Fiber Optic Link With Communication Between The Providers Backbone And The Backbones Of At Least 02 (Two) Operators To Guarantee Service With Redundancy Ensure Bandwidth Availability At At Least 99 (Ninety-Nine Percent) Of The Time Per Month. The Interconnection Network Between The Backbones And The Network Core Of The Pimenta Bueno City Council And Pimenta Bueno City Hall.
